In 2023, Gravity Water and students at Rim of the World High School teamed up to spread awareness of the Global Water Crisis and do something about it. The goal of the campaign is to fund an entire Gravity Water system, bringing an on-site, permanent, and energy-free source of safe drinking water to a school in need.
Help us reach our goal of providing the students and staff of Lùng Phìng 1 kindergarten School in Vietnam with an on-site clean water system for daily drinking and hand washing.

Rim of the World High School
Walk4Water Campaign
To help spread awareness about the Global Water Crisis and fundraise to build a clean water system at Lùng Phìng 1 kindergarten School in Vietnam, Rim of the World High School is hosting a "walk4water" campaign. The Walk4Water is centered on an inclusive, free, and virtual event where individuals can walk, run, or hike 6 kilometers to raise awareness about the Global Water Crisis and encourage donations toward their fundraising campaigns.
HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1: To register, create a fundraising page by clicking on the "Create A Fundraiser Page" button below.
STEP 2: After registering, download the Awareness Media Kit below.
STEP 3: Using the media kit and your fundraiser page link, send out emails, make posts on social media, or share texts with your community, inviting them to support your fundraiser.
- Raise $100 or more to get a free Gravity Water water bottle!
- Every $8 you raise will help provide one child with access to safe drinking water
STEP 4: Walk in solidarity with your community February 13th through 17th!

Students at Rim of the World High School decided to choose Lùng Phìng 1 kindergarten School located in Bắc Hà, Vietnam, as their benefiting sister school.
Currently, Lùng Phìng 1 kindergarten School lacks access to a reliable on-site source of water. The school currently collects most of their water from springs that settle in a collection area. Though this area gets a lot of rainfall, most communities don’t have a way to store it for long periods and much of the water is contaminated. Gravity Water and Rim of the World High School are working together to bring a Gravity Water system to the school, which will provide them with a free, reliable, and daily source of safe water that is on-site and meets U.S. EPA-rated standards. Every $8 donated provides one child with safe drinking water.
