2020 Clean Water Campaign
Skyline High School’s 2020 Campaign brought clean drinking water to Sirjanshil Janata Secondary School, a school located in Kavrepalanchowk, Nepal. Without access to clean water, Sirjanshil Janata Secondary School was dependent on unfiltered spring water for students. Often the water was contaminated and not safe for drinking. Through support from the 2020 Skyline High School fundraiser Campaign, Gravity Water worked with Sirjanshil Janata Secondary School and the Kavrepalanchowk Community to install a rainwater harvesting system, which is providing the entire school of 248 students with a daily source of safe drinking water. |
