Position Overview

Gravity Water is a US-based 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization focusing on turning rain into safe water for schools in need. Gravity Water is hiring an Impact Manager, Vietnam to join Gravity Water’s Leadership Team in Vietnam as the primary individual responsible for managing the Organization’s impact and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) program within the country. The Impact Manager reports to the National Director of Vietnam and the Operations Manager, Asia. This person will be part of a supportive and professional team of passionate individuals dedicated to building water security and climate resilience for communities in need throughout the country.

 

The primary activities related to this position include (1) the direct management and oversight of Gravity Water’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning program in Vietnam; (2) assisting the National Director of Vietnam and Operations Manager, Asia in identifying and achieving short- and long-term National KPIs; and (3) guiding regional team members in achieving KPIs for initiatives within the country.

Responsibilities

​​

Essential job responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to: 

• Manage and oversee Gravity Water’s surveying, monitoring, and data management program in Vietnam

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for the short- and long-term achievement of national KPIs

• Ensure compliance with Gravity Water’s global MEL protocols and associated reporting 

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and manage all relevant impact dashboards

Requirements 

​

Required Qualifications:

​

• Reside in, or willing to relocate to, Hanoi, Vietnam

• Passion for building water security and climate resilience for communities in need

• 2+ years experience in MEL, data management, or KPI management

• 5+ Years of experience in a D-Level or leadership position

• Fluency in English

• WASH Program Management

• INGO/NGO Leadership

• Experience in WASH-related MEL reporting and compliance

• Experience in strategic planning and solution-oriented frameworks
